I just woke up from my 6 hrs nap haha..im so tired. I din know that yoga couldn't actually make one feel so sleepy? But the feeling is shoik! Since working, i seldom have afternoon nap.
Think tonight i can guard my house door liao, im feeling so energetic now! How am i going to sleep tonight leh? hmm...

Today's yoga is fun~
We were slightly late for our class. We couldn't find the room. When we entered the class, so many pairs of eyes looking at us lo. Surprisingly there's 2 guys in the class, i think they accompanied their gf. So sweet hor. I want also leh.

In our first lesson, our instructor Irene teach us how to breath, some stretchings for whole body. There are terms for ome postures in Yoga, there's one call crocodile? got dead corpse somemore! What a weird terms. Overall, enjoy the whole session.
Ah siao, Serene and me even came to this agreement (actually its ah siao lo!).At the end of this whole 10 sessions, ah siao must be able to stretch her thigh all the way to her forearm, Serene have to be able to touch her toes with her fingers/hand, and i have to be able to breath in the correct way. Serene say if ah siao could not do that even after the whole class end, we would move to the intermediate class without her haha. Don't worry, i believe the 3 of us can make it :)

Ah Du and JJ singing 'Ah Do' Din expect Ah Du to be the special guest. I even ask Sini wonder where's Ah du gone, he seems to vanish in this world. Then he appear in the stage while JJ singing his song. So ah Du(duhz) lo!

I really like JJ more and more. He's doesn't belong to those good looking type. But he's cute, talented! He's belonged to Shi Li Pai!Got this part where he only wear a very tiny piece of top (look like a vest, but extremely tiny piece), din manage to cover his liang dien, he ask us is it ok? is it ok like that? *use his hand to cover them* haha...so cute and such a shy guy~
